This mini ocean waves inspired sun catcher is made with a mix of different shades and textures of blue and teal glass. Some pieces are translucent and some are more opaque some are also textured. Each piece of stained glass has been hand cut and ground smooth prior to applying copper foil tape to the edges and soldering it all together. I also wrapped the outside edges with lead came for added strength and finished it off with a black patina.
It measures 3 1/4 inches tall (not counting hanging chain) by 4 1/8 inches wide. With the black jack chain for easy hanging it measures 7 inches tall. It is ready to ship and would make a great gift.
I think it would look nice as a Christmas ornament too but it is a bit on the heavy side. Hey but where there’s a will there is a way. Lol
