This whimsical little Christmas mouse ornament was so much fun to make. I used opaque stained glass in colors of grey, white and pink. Each piece was hand cut and ground smooth prior to applying copper foil and burnishing each edge. I added several decorative wire details and soldered it all together. I finished it with a black patina and also added a small dot of glass paint for its little beady eye. I added a small ring to hang it by but also it can hang from it's tail depending on what look you want.
This glass part of the mouse measures 4 inches tall by 2 inches wide. The total measurements including the wire tail detail is 4 inches high by 3 1/4 inches wide.
It would look great in any window or as a Christmas ornament.
