This is a display stand for art, fused glass or stained glass. It is made from salvaged/reclaimed oak wood from a salvage place. This one has a natural bevel and dark spots from where the bark would have been which I have left. If you want a different look, just turn it around, the back is flat and finished also. It also has a few small worm holes which I also left showing. I stained it with a natural stain and a low sheen polyurethane.
It measures 4 1/2 wide by 3 1/2 deep and 1 1/2 tall. The slot that holds the art is a bit wider than 3/16 wide (that's 3 pennies). Some foiled stained glass will fit but 1/4 lead or zinc came pieces will not. Please check the thickness of your piece at its thickest point before ordering.
