This Christmas tree tea light display/decoration would be a great addition to your Christmas decorations. It measures 9 inches tall by 6 inches wide and 7 1/4 inches deep. The stained glass tree measures 7 1/4 inches tall by 6 inches wide. It is made with various strips of textured, Iridescent clear, opaque and translucent green glass. Each piece of glass has been hand cut and ground to shape then assembled using the Tiffany method with copper foil applied to all edges and then soldered.I soldered a hanging hook on the top of the tree in case you wanted to use it as a large ornament or suncatcher.

I have paired it with a stand I made from reclaimed cedar wood stand. The wood was painted gray in its previous life so when I made this one I left some of the gray showing adding a natural stain and a low sheen polyurethane The base measures 6 inches wide by 7 1/4 inches deep and 1 3/4 inches thick. I have notched the wood so that the glass panel slides right in. You could use the stand year round if you have other glass art that fits in the slot. The slot is slightly less than 1/4 of an inch or 5mm wide. You can even use the display stand year round for other glass art that fits in the notch. I made a place for a tea light candle at the back and I am also including a glass tea light holder and a battery operated tea light (color of tea light may vary). It would also make a great gift.
