I love spring because of all the beautiful flowers but their beauty is so fleeting unlike this tulip stained glass panel. I came across this raindrop looking clear glass and knew I wanted to use it in this tulip pattern I had been working on. It features a plum opaque swirly and green streaky opaque glass in addition to the clear raindrop look glass. I wrapped the outside edges of the panel with zinc came for added strength and finished it with a black patina and added a chain for easy hanging.
It measures 10 1/8 inches tall by 7 1/8 inches wide without the hanging chain and with it the height is 15 inches.
