I made these with a silver colored bell for her skirt and yes the bell still rings. Her wings are a metallic ribbon and her head is a flat pearl-look bead.
Total length of the hanger and angel is approximately 4 inches. The wing width is 2 1/4 inches and the angel is a little over 1 3/4 inches tall.
